My Story
My Professional Background
Before coaching full-time, I spent over a decade navigating fast-paced, ever-changing environments. My curiosity, drive, and “let’s go” mindset have taken me from management consulting to roles in operations, product management, even hosting nature documentaries, and most recently to a leadership role in business development. Along the way, I’ve learned what it really means to balance ambition, purpose, and life.
I hold a BA in Economics & Politics from the University of Exeter and an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London.
I trained as a Personal & Business Coach at the Coaching Akademie Berlin May 2021- May 2022 (accredited by the European Coaching Federation)
Why I Became A Coach
Coaching is where I found my true calling. I’m deeply empathetic but also analytical, and I care about people showing up fully for themselves. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone reconnect with what matters, make choices that fit them, and take meaningful action that actually lasts.
I also love that the impact doesn’t stop with the client – it ripples out to families, teams, and communities.
My Coaching Approach
I work systemically, which means we look at the whole picture: your goals, relationships, environment, and inner patterns. I use a mix of tools that engage mind, body, and senses, helping you access the skills and resources you already have.
As your coach, I bring empathy, energy, and structure. I create a space where you can explore, take risks, have fun, and actually enjoy the process. I coach in English and German.
